The
Gravitation and Mathematical Physics Division (DGFM) of the Mexican
Physical Society (SMF) and the Black Holes and
Gravitational Waves research network (ANYOG) are glad to announce the
XII Mexican School of Gravitation and Mathematical Physics.
Since 1994
we have
organized the "Mexican School on Gravitation
and Mathematical Physics" every two years. The
main goal of our schools is to discuss and exchange current ideas
in gravitational
physics in a pedagogical manner. Traditionally, we have invited world leaders in
specific topics. Apart from researchers, an important number of postdocs and graduate
students take part in our School.
On this ocassion,
the subject of the School will be "Black Holes and Gravitational Waves."
The focus will be on several
aspects of Black Holes and Gravitational Waves with an emphasis of confronting theory with
observations. The scientific program will include four courses, six plenary talks and two
sessions of parallel talks.The scientific
program will include several courses and plenary talks, and a number of
short invited talks. There will also be time for parallel
talks, and space for poster presentations.
At the conclusion of the School, the workshop of Black Holes and Gravitational Research
network will be held.
*LECTURES AND PLENARY TALKS WILL AT THE IBEROSTAR PARAISO BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
