Registration and fee:

The deadline for registration is October 30th. Please enter to the Indico page to register yourself. In an effort to reduce costs, the fee has been set to USD 250.00 =3250 MXN for professors and USD 200.00 =MXN 2600.00 for students and posdocs. The fee covers the cost of the coffee breaks, dinner and welcome coctail. It can be paid through a bank transfer to the Mexican Physical Society account:

Student fellowships:

A limited number of fellowships for students are available to cover the local cost of their attending fee, hotel, meals. In exceptional cases, fly tickets for participants from BCVSPIN countries (Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India and Nepal) and Latin American countries will be covered by the organizing committee. Those interested must fill the corresponding application form at the indico site.
